Below is the methodology behind our uptime calculation and the commitments set out in the contract. If your procurement process needs these terms as a separate document, we'll send them on request.
Request terms & billing detailsIf your task is many requests from different addresses (scraping, SERP monitoring, price tracking), choose residential: you pay for traffic and get the whole pool. If you need the same address for weeks, choose static ISP: you pay per address, traffic isn't metered. For account work, choose dedicated so IP reputation depends only on you.
Static ISP — within a minute of payment, the list appears in your dashboard. Residential proxies require matching a pool to your geo: usually up to 15 minutes, occasionally up to an hour. We warn you in advance about any delay.
5 GB for residential and 1 address for static ISP. The rate is set automatically by volume and is visible in the calculator before payment — no extra charges appear on the invoice.
Residential traffic isn't tied to a country: the geo changes right in the login, and the remaining balance can be spent however you like. Static addresses are tied to a location at issuance — changing geo is handled as a replacement and is arranged with support.
Proxies are provided for lawful purposes: collecting public data, testing, monitoring, and marketing. Spam distribution, infrastructure attacks, fraud, and any unlawful activity are prohibited by the contract and result in a block with no refund.
